Study On Intervention Of School Social Work In Puppy Love Of The Floating Teenagers

Adolescence is a necessary stage in people’s life,After puberty,the sex physiology, sex consciousness and gender consciousness of teenagers have the further development, they are edger to close to the opposite sex, and establish close relationship with them.In the floating teenagers, Because of the poor of all kinds of capital, The affinity of the crisis stage and crisis environment are stronger, the love has become a common phenomenon. This paper marshal a social work intervention aiming at the "puppy love"of author in a primary school, analyse the problems during the action,and research the causes and characteristics of the floating teenagers"puppy love",and reflect the action from the perspective of social work,then propose a stereoscopic intervention plan again on this basis.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is an introduction that introduces the origin and background of the research,the realistic forms of the floating teenagers "puppy love", and leads to the research methods of this study on this basis,explains the related concepts including puppy love,the floating teenagers,social work practice research.and combed on the existing literature,The author find that the study of the floating teenagers focused on crime and social integration,Very few people study puppy love of the floating teenagers.And the study of the teenagers puppy focus on the love psychology through the questionnaire and depth interview, these studies pay more attention to the performance of the teenagers love and negative impacts of love.The second chapter introduced the assessmment of the problem,recorded the establishment of the research team, the discussion of the "puppy love" issues, and some observes of the school,then the word of the floating teenagers"puppy love" was analyzed; The third chapter introduces the school social work intervention in floating teenagers "puppy love" service, and describes the design theory and program design;The forth chapter introduces the social work intervention of "puppy love",including school community education,group work and casework,This paper record each process in the form of ethnography,then analyse and reflect the action on the basis of process;The fifth chapter analyses the causes and characteristics of the floating teenagers"puppy love",and reflect the intervention of the social work,In the end,this paper explore the comprehensive social work service based on "community" from the perspective of social work.
