| With the booming development of Chinese higher education, the reform of the management system consciously moving forward, there appears the opportunities and challenges for internal management of higher vocational colleges, and the democratic management of the school is receiving more and more attention. But democratic management of higher vocational colleges in our country are in exploring period. On the one hand, the process of democratic management is moving forward, on the other hand, there still exists amounts of democratic management problems. How to further study the democratic management countermeasures in higher vocational colleges by means of democratic management working characteristic of the trade union, how to inspire the staff to attribute their wisdom with master attitude in college reforming and development, trade union in colleges and universities is facing new challenges. Based on the study of home and abroad, this research make democratic management in Fuzhou Polytechnic an example, the author uses the case analysis, study and use for reference, contact the actual research methods, etc. With the investigation of internal democratic management and union main problems of democratic management in Fuzhou Polytechnics and analyzes the reasons. From the perspective of trade union of democratic management, the author puts forward some democratic management countermeasures in Fuzhou Polytechnic, to effectively play the role of the democratic management in the college, to better serve and participate in reforming and construction development of higher vocational colleges in new period. |
