The new curriculum reform in compulsory education stage is an activity that different interest subjects participating in. It’s filled with all kinds of conflicts of interests, including the administrative department for education with schools, teachers and parents, education departments at all levels, schools, teachers, parents with the country, etc. These interest contradictions and conflicts are mainly manifested in the economic, political and intellectual levels, becoming a great resistance to the new curriculum reform in compulsory education.With the development of the Internet, many participants in the new curriculum reform use the network media platform to express feelings and views. The paper takes the network media discourses for the research object, using content analysis methods, taking advantage of the game theory and theory of "economic man" hypothesis to analyze the conflicts of interests in the new curriculum reform in compulsory education, expounding the classification, performance and nature of the conflicts of interests, revealing the root causes of the conflicts and then puts forward the strategies to resolve the conflicts of interests and achieve the equalization of the interests and as a result makes the resistance of the reform minimize or even eliminate, promoting the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform in compulsory education. This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter introduces the subject of this study and it’s the conflicts of interests in the new curriculum reform in compulsory education; Secondly, elaborates the purpose and significance of the analysis on conflicts of interests in the new curriculum reform of compulsory education; summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign academic circles on this problem; Finally, describes the content analysis method of this study in detail.The second chapter first defines these concepts that are interest, conflicts of interest and conflicts of interest in the new curriculum reform in compulsory education, and then gives the theoretical tools named "economic man" hypothesis and game theory a detailed description and interpretation.The third chapter analyses conflicts of interest of the new curriculum reform in compulsory education according to the subject, process and performance. On the classification of subjects, it mainly includes three aspects of the state, society and individuals. On the classification of links, it includes development of curriculum standards; written, selection and distribution of teaching materials; and evaluation and examination system, etc. On the performance, it mainly includes the differences of understanding on the new curriculum idea and course standard, the irregularities of written, selection and distribution of teaching materials, the conflicts of classroom teaching and evaluation system. And those can be broadly grouped into three levels: economic, political, and intellectual.The fourth chapter discusses the root of conflicts of interest of the new curriculum reform in compulsory education and puts forward the resolution strategies of conflicts. Due to the lag of the reform of evaluation system, the improper operation of the executive power, the low degree of the decision-making democratization and the low quality of teachers, contradictions and conflicts appear between different interest subjects. As a result, we should establish the evaluation system matching with the new curriculum reform, ensure the standardization of the course of executive power and the opening of the decision-making in administrative department, improve the quality of teachers overall, so as to reduce or even eliminate the resistance of the curriculum reform.
