The new teacher bring new power and new ideas to the education sector, and even the new teacher is the foundation of China’s education, so the developing of new teacher is very important. But some problems can be happened in education area, just because it’s "new"feature. This thesis focuses on the the problem of communication between new teachers and students. The new Chinese teacher is locking of teaching experience to handle the problems between teacher and students, so Neuro-Linguistic Programming is used for providing some useful skills to enhance communication skills and establish a harmonious atmosphere for new teacher.This article is divided into four chapters, the first part is the introduction of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the second part is the problems that the new Chinese teachers have, the third part is the necessary and meaning of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and final is the ways to solve problems fou the new teacher.
