Research On The Population Specialization Basic On Multi-source Data In Lake-Tai Basin

The population distribution is a kind of population gathered state in every area in a certain time.lt is a form of the process of the population in space.The Population distribution whether in solving resources utilization,disaster assessment,environment management and understanding and coordinators-to relations between all has the vital significance.The specialization of population statistics data is one of the hot topics in population research in modern world and more and more researchers are paying much attention to it.The sustainable development of society need a higher precision,more flexible gridded data urgently,so getting the information of distribution of population rapidly and efficiently is very significant to the investigation of interaction of population and enviroment and the information to provide the scientific decision for the government.The specilization of population can solve the problems that caused by the traditional way that specilize the population using the census data which unitted by administrative region and it realized the generation of the gridded population,reflecting the heterogeneity of the distribution of people and it also combine the population and the factors like environment,providing conditions for the coordinated development of the regional population,resource and environment.This paper have a specialization and test the precision using different ways respectively basic on different light-zones and data resource in lake-Tai basin.From the General lighting area to the Saturated lighting area to Weak light area,using the inversion of the DMSP/OLS night light data,the attenuation of population density and the mathematical model basic on landuse to realize the specialization of the population information.The results show that DMSP/OLS night light data can serve as a potential source on population inversion,and the area that the light of area index can’t inversion is choose other data and methods to realize the population specialization.This paper get the following research results and conclusions:(l)The population specialization in general lighting area of Lake-Tai basin.This chapter set models to simulation the distribution of population using DMSP/OLS night light data and landuse data basic on the population statistics data of the forty-four counties in lake-Tai bisin of2005year.Inside and outside the built-up we set a model by analysising the relationship of the population and the DN values. At last,we get the gridded data of lake-Tai bisin under the pixel of250m*250m.According the verification using three counties’data, the results show that:In the large area that have a different population and economic,t’s a good chioce to realize the population specialization using the DMSP/OLS night light data when we have a lack of high resolution images.(2) The population specialization in saturated lighting area in large city of Lake-Tai basin.From2005DMSP/OLS night light data we can see that Shanghai is the only exist saturated lighting area in taihu lake basin.In view of the high concentration of population and the developed economic level, the light has not inversion its index the distribution of population.we get the result using the landuse data and the attenuation of the population density and get the reasonable result by validation.(3) The population specialization of villages in Weak lighting area in Low hills of Lake-Tai basin.The DMSP/OLS data suggest the weak light of lake-Tai basin area (light area and background light area) is mainly distributed in the flow of the upper reaches of the mountainous low hills,the residential areas are broken and scattered distribution.The most representative zone is the Tianmuhu town.This chapter have a selection of Aerial data with visual interpreting method for interpretation of lake-Tianmu township and get the landuse data of lake-Tianmu town.Then through the analysis of the distribution of residential we extract the the gathered settlements in flat area,the dispersed settlements in hilly area and the mining land.we get the coefficient of the population density by sampling analysis,then calculate the final results.The results suggest that we can get high precision population distribution data at the condition of the high precision landuse data.To sum up,in the area that population distribution obvious and the level of economic have difference in lake-Tai basin,according to DMSP/OLS night light data partition,in different light area of choosing different data and methods to achieve population data specialization.It has solved the limitation that DMSP/OLS night light data as a single data on inversion population distribution and gotten a higher precision of the population distribution results.The DMSP/OLS night light data is a great potential data source, not only its unique features in the realization of the population, but in other areas has a wide range of applications.
