With the propelling of education informationalization, modern education technology that has taken media and network technology as the core has penetrated into the many aspect of educational teaching and become the propelling force of teaching reform. Presently, Micro-video has gradually become hot topic of modern education technology with the characteristics of its convenience, interaction, independence and high efficiency.During the course of Junior high school English teaching, Both listening and speaking have been becoming one of the difficult problems of Junior high school English teaching. It is the problem on which education technology field has always been focusing how to make full use of modern education technology to improve teaching benefits.The research has ad opted empirical study and made an attempt to reveal that the application of Micro-video enables to promote the effective teaching of listening and speaking of Junior high school English through experimental observation data and experimental research means. The fundamental assumption was based on this true fact that micro-video resource of teaching in class of definite English listening and speaking can greatly improve the interest of the students’learning English and offer the benefit and advantage to the individual development of the students.Teaching Micro-video of listening and speaking without the limit of time and space will be more convenient for the students to Junior high school to dominate the pace-tone and rhythm of listening and speaking of learning English and satisfy the demand of the students who are in different levels.Which has really realized the learning methods that education has the equality,strong interaction, openness and flexible form(applicable to such video mobile terminal as cell mobile, PDA, MP4) can effectively cultivate the hearing and oral expressive ability of the students and broaden their knowledge horizon and deepen the construction level of knowledge. The technological means that have been taken is to employ Adobe Captivate4screen video soft to the real and concrete practical record of the teaching in class of the listening and speaking of Junior high school English to be analyzed and properly abridged and modified by English teachers so that one ready-made micro-video resources in class could be accomplished. Through indicative remarks,interaction and appraisal that were given upon the ready-made teaching micro-video in class in the internet between students and teachers,one dynamic and open and generative English teaching resource in class would gradually come into being.The paper was the first to discuss such three concepts as micro-video, micro-video teaching and micro-video teaching resource. Micro-learning theory and other related theories, which had provided the solid theoretical foundation for the posterior practice and thinking. In order to further demonstrate the effectiveness of the listening and speaking of assisting English teaching with micro-video,Taking it as a sample that the English teachers and the taught Junior Two students at Pen-Rack Mountain Junior High School in Shishou city where I am working.Through the investigation of the current condition of the teaching of using micro-video to assist the listening and speaking of Junior high school English, To enforce one series of teaching practice under the basis that one research based on two angles of teachers and students was made to know how to operate micro-video and utilize which micro-videos resource to further the English teachers’ teaching and the students’ learning.After practical activities came to the end, Such changes as cognition, learning and learning interest have been fully understood that students had for the teaching of listening and speaking of assisting English upon micro-video. By the appraisals which the students have given to this series of teaching and practical activities.The application effect of the teaching of listening and speaking of assisting English upon micro-video has been objectively reflected.Finally, one summary and analysis have been performed for the characteristics and superiorities brought by the teaching of listening and speaking of assisting English upon micro-video resource. Meanwhile, some problems accompanied by these teaching practice have been pointed out, which was just a reference for the teachers.
