Along with the changes and developments of the society, the standard of our physical education is going to improve to adapt the developing community. Single national curriculum model can not be used in the different demands from the students. Therefore, there are three levels of course management model are appeared:the country, region and school, the same as The school-based curriculum of Physical Education. And the sports courses are going to be used in elementary and middle schools, as well as in colleges.In this paper, we will see some methods like:case methods, questionnaire survey and the expert interviews. According to the actual situation about The school-based curriculum of Physical Education of the "Dongcheng teacher-training" elementary school, to analyze and discuss the sports venue, teacher, curriculum, class, course objective, type of teaching, teaching textbook, method of comment, reward and management. Then get the practical suggestions and amendments after compared with another two schools:"Fuxuehutong" elementary school of Dongcheng District and "Xibeiwangxuequxiyuhe" elementary school of Haidian District.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Three primary school in venues such as the hardware facility condition appeared regional characteristic, hardware investment difference, but basic can meet the students’ daily use and demand.(2)Three schools of the school-based curriculum of physical education teachers in common, pay attention to the quality of teaching at the same time balance of sex proportion of teachers. The school physical education teachers and students for the school-based curriculum of physical education class demand exists bigger difference. (3)Three primary school on the basis of the features of the school to set a reasonable physical education school-based curriculum. Set the curriculum goals to meet the actual needs of students, to ensure that the student for the school-based curriculum of physical education needs.(4)" Learning system" of teaching organization form and student course system for physical education school-based curriculum development play a positive role in promoting.(5)School-based curriculum development is the school seriously, management ability and the teachers’ initiative and other factors.(6) Three primary school textbook development uneven, some good and some bad, sports school-based teacher teaching content specification.(7) Three schools evaluation methods lack of student-centered way and system construction.
