Practice Of Children Of Migrant Workers To Promote The Harmonious Development

The number of children from outsourcing employees receiving compulsoryeducation has increased, reaching470,500in2011. It has been a social problem thathow to solve the educational problems, including enjoying high-quality educationalresources, integrating themselves with local children in Shanghai, but also hasattracted the attention of the educational researchers.Each level of government has also carried out a series of policies and measureson education, placing a high value on local government and public primary andmiddle schools. Such moves could solve the educational problems of children fromoutsourcing employees, in order to make sure that they can receive compulsoryeducation. Despite that, for some reason, there are some inharmonious phenomena.Consequently, in this essay I have attempted to study the different educationconditions between the children of outsourcing employees and local residents in QSchool. Confronted by that, I have intended to convert this into available resources.At the meanwhile, harmonious development has been promoted by various researchactivities. In particular, in the first part I have attempted to describe the background,purposes, problems and significance of the research. In the next part, the domesticstatus of the research has been discussed. I present the research mode and methodin the third part. Better understand is reviewed in the fourth part. The fifth part ismainly talking about the effort on promoting harmonious development of childrenfrom outsourcing employees that Q School has made. In the last part, it focuses onconclusions and a further study.Above all that, a well-balanced solution is needed to promote harmoniousdevelopment between the children of outsourcing employees and local residents,which provides a worthy thought to balanced, justice and harmony of the education.
