| China University Basketball Association (CUBA), established in1998, with the supports of China University Basketball Association and Heng Hua Group, held the concept of rooting basketball on basic, formed the widely, deeply, and continually influence in colleges all around China. CUBA enhanced the basketball developments of colleges in China, which caused strong feedback from different areas in the society.With the leadership of Chinese Education Ministry and General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese University Basketball Super League (CUBS) was established in2004. CUBS had specific aim, to cultivate athletes for Chinese delegation for Universiade and China Basketball Professional League (CBA). His appearance marked that the development on basketball competition of colleges in China had been enhanced.At this point, with these two University Basketball Tournament of the students within the university system, CUBA&CUBS develop in their respective areas. The execution, contest, competition, development and human resources of CUBA and CUBS maintain a completely independent. From a certain point of view, a relationship of mutual competition appears between CUBA and CUBS naturally. The achievement of CUBA and CUBS didn’t complete the goals set initially, this will provide the opportunity for this article analyzed the feasibility of integration of CUBA and CUBS.This article describes the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, logical analysis, mathematical statistics of CUBA and CUBS commenced in-depth research and analysis, the purpose of comparing the two leagues run game, the competition system, training system, management system and other aspects of the content, and summed up the common characteristics of both intend fusion of CUBA and CUBS, to develop a number of effective programs to enhance the feasibility of the two fusion, and strive on our college athletics basketball development to make a little contribution. Concluded that:1. CUBA and CUBS in the run game purpose there is overlap part can be implemented fusion;2. Competition system, CUBS is better on reflecting the essence of competitive basketball, lift method can be used to achieve fusion improve competition system, can be reached through scientific partition with quota allocation;3. On athlete qualification, can be reduced through the relaxation of entry policies for professional players as well as athletes cultural course difficulty to achieve integration;4. Coaches aspect to reach coaches efficient allocation of resources by the manner of the appointment system, coaches resources through fusion integration to strengthen the communication between the coaches, and to improve the level of training of the league;5. Management, can be achieved league external management integration;6.
