On The Campus Culture Construction Of University

The This paper focus on the construction problems of campus culture in contemporary Chinese universities. On the basis of the analysis of campus culture’s connotation, features and functions, this paper firstly expounds the present situationof the construction of campus culture and sorts out the facing opportunities andchallenges in contemporary Chinese universities. Then new ideas and practical strategies of this construction are proposed at the thought level, and structural optimization ways and concrete construction methods are demonstrated as well at the practical level. This paper puts forward that established on the appropriately democratic management mechanism, the formation mechanism of school-building belief, themorality-building mechanism and the participation mechanism of all students in the whole process, we need to sing the main melody, to create a good public-opinion environment and to innovate our ideological and political work. What we need to do is to lead campus culture with university spirit, to enrich campus activities, and to try our best to enhance the influence of campus culture in contemporaryChinese universities.
