Generating And Building Civil Society Of Networks In The Vision Of The Publicity

With the development and wide spreading of the cyber technology, it has become an indispensable part of modern people’s life. The existed interaction and behavior mode have changed a lot when the cyber network affects our society deeper. In the virtual space, a civil society of networks was preliminarily constructed with a long period of accumulation. Then the problem comes that how will the civil society of networks be formed? What does it mean to us? Whether there are problems in it? All of these need to be researched. In this paper, the publicity of the meaning in human science which corresponding to the subject of internet users in the cyber society is specially concerned in order to find the correct developing path.The publicity has become a new hot issue in place of the intersubj ectivity. The publicity has a rich meaning in human science. The civil society is an important way of realization of the publicity while the characteristic of the cyber space makes it to contain more widespread publicity. So we research the building of the civil society of networks in the vision of the publicity, reveal the generation mechanism of the civil society of networks and further construct an ideal form of the cyber civil society.First, we introduced the knowledge of the publicity and the civil society of networks,then give some analysis on them.Second, the publicity of the meaning in human science and its way to realize was researched to reveal the basis of publicity of the civil society of networks. Third, we analyze the generating process of the civil society of the networks based on the investigating on the forming of the publicity. And we conclude the characteristics and features of the cyber civil society. Finally, we introduce the crisis of the publicity and the problems in the cyber civil society and its reconstructing path.The characteristic of this paper lies that I elaborate the publicity of the meaning in human science.This paper research basic on person, research to reveal the basis of publicity and the civil society of networks. The second characteristic is break the rule of enumerate the elements of publicity, we make the elements full of logic, these element are related with each other.
