Optimization Research On Developing The Reserve Of Competitive Sports In Sports Universities

There has always been a unique competitiveness and spectator sincecompetitive sports began. In modern society, the competitive sports are developingrapidly, which takes an unshakable spot and has far-reaching influence in the newera. Training reserve athletes is the key to competitive sports. With the rapiddevelopment of society, higher requirements such as high cultural quality and highlevel of sports quality are needed to be competitive sports elites. Lots of ways oftraining sports talents have been implemented by the competitive sports schools insports universities. There are constant innovations for sports competitive reservecultivation model and system, particularly on the “combination of sports andeducation”. The traditional training model shortened the duration of generalknowledge courses, and devoted more on sports training instead, which wasquestioned both on losing sustainable development and resulting in lowcomprehensive qualities of athletes. The reserve training directly has an influenceon the sustainable development of competitive sports. Based on people oriented,the competitive sports reserve training should go back to cultural education toaccomplish the goal of “combination of sports and education”. As the professional competitive sports training schools, the affiliated sportsschools in sports universities have made tremendous contribution to sportsdevelopment in our country for more than thirty years. Their schoolingcharacteristic, that is combining scientific research, physical training witheducation, has made its unique vitality. The competitive sports elites trainingmodel should be built upon science and then combined training and education. Theadvantages of the affiliated sports schools are educational circumstances,combination of training and education, scientific training and the “one-stop”cultivation target, etc.However, with the development of science and economics, some problemscome out on the competitive sports management, such as the indefinite objective ofschooling, the unimplemented manage system, lack of humanistic educationthought, and uncompleted combination of training and education. In this research,six affiliated sports schools in sports universities were took as the researchobjectives, and the thesis investigated and analyzed the crisis and challenges ofcompetitive sports elites training models. Some solutions and measures wereprovided to improve and develop the models of competitive sports elites training. The better ways to develop the competitive sports reserve are listed asfollowed: to seize the opportunities, to meet the challenges, to rebuild the trainingtarget, to change the dated training idea, to strengthen humanistic educationconstruction, to focus on “people oriented”, to reform the rationality of trainingprogram, to reinforce the training system for instructors, to implement the“combination of sports and education”, to guarantee the training quality bycombining education, physical training and scientific research. The ways abovecan be taken as references hereafter toward training sports elites in affiliatedschools.
