Legal Governance Of Environmental Group Events

Environmental group events is the result of environmental problems caused by a newtype of group events, showing a high incidence in the moment, brewing for a long time, theclear environmental demands and other characteristics. Environmental group incidentsbreaks out with the enhanced public awareness of environmental protection, highlightingenvironmental issues, poor government response capability, and the clogging reliefchannels of people rights. So, the management of environmental group events shouldfundamentally improve environmental legal regime, change the government’senvironmental administrative decision-making model, and build science legitimatedemocratic decision-making mechanism. Through in-depth observation of typicalenvironmental group events in recent years as well as on the basis of current environmentallaw, administrative law in the field of research results for group events, this paper focuseson the analysis of the current administrative law and environmental law relevant legalsystem, to explore the mechanism of government to respond effectively to environmentalgroup events, in order to establish an effective legal countermeasures, thereby furtherenhancing the administrative capacity of government to deal with the social crisis, dealingwith social contradictions in the transition period.
