| In2011, President Hu Jintao put forward the concept of social management innovation since the "social management innovation" have become a community-wide study of hot topic of discussion. Faced with the current economic and social development of increasingly complex domestic and international situation, either Government officials or academic theorists, in their different fields and levels to explore innovative ideas in line with the current actual situation and reform means. For scholars in the field of administration, in the corresponding academic research work, carried around a lot of social management innovation of learning research and practice. And all levels of government, a more frequent attention hot work, meanwhile, has become one of the priorities of local governments.Under China’s current system of government, local governments is the key nexus. On the one hand, is the ultimate enforcer of the party and state policies, on the other hand, also the government and the people to contact the first window of communication, its status and importance is irreplaceable. Whether the theory of social management innovation research is improved, if problems arise at the implementation level local governments, practical effect will be less effective, so I believe that explore an effective method is the most important work in the filed of social management innovation. So how to explore an effective path for social management innovation, it will become the first problem for the government departments to consider in practice.In eighteen report made clear that "significantly enhance the level of information" into one overall goal of building a moderately prosperous society, that "adhere to new industrialization with Chinese characteristics, information technology, urbanization, agricultural modernization, promote information technology and industrialization deep integration, industrialization and urbanization positive interaction, urbanization and agricultural modernization coordination, promote industrialization, information technology, urbanization, agricultural modernization simultaneous development."In the information age, the government fulfill its social management functions means and methods are also synchronize changed, in order to adapt to the requirements of the times, the information will become the only way of the future of the reform process, but as a public service provider-Local Government,if in the process of management services failed to make innovative application of information technology tools in a timely manner, will not only affect their work efficiency, but also have a negative impact of the experience and satisfaction of the masses, may eventually lead to unbeliveble of the governments in power questioned the ability.Firstly,this paper integrates the theory basis of the innovation of social management and e-government, put forward the role and the significance of the innovation of social management informationization application. Secondly, the status of government in social management innovation, and to explore the feasibility of e-government to the government management innovation in the process. By means of case study presents a realistic basis of this research topic and applicability. Thirdly, the main direction of the government and the specific path of e-government application methods in the practice of social management innovation. |
