"Constitutional" Magazine Study

September1943,the Fifth Eleventh Plenary Session of the Chinese Kuomintang held i n Chongqing, the meeting adopted the "General Report on the implementation of the constit utional resolution", that "the preparation and commencement of implementation of the Natio nal Assembly should be the preparation of the constitutional and decide Within one year afte r the end of the war, to convene the National Assembly and the system issued the constituti on. Huang Yan, Zhang and others to take this opportunity to set up a "Constitutional" issue f orum on constitutional issues and the organization as constitutionalin this period an importan t part of the democratic movement. But for a long time, scholars did not pay much atten tion to the "Constitutional", just put it as an important material of study for the Second Time Constitutional Movement during the Anti-Japanese War. In fact,"Constitutional" iss ue of that period of liberal intellectuals records about democratic constitutionalism though t is very detailed, constitutional monthly magazine founded by the constitutional symposium at the time a response. In this paper, through the study found the "Constitutional" have played ver y important role in spread advanced democratic ideals and The draft constitution of the r epublic of China(1936-5-5). In the historical condition at that time, it have a very signifi cant characteristics. The democratic thought and the related information in "Constitutional "can still be enlightenment to modern China’s constitutional construction,it have very im portant research value.
