Since The Party’s17Grassroots Party Construction Research Of Purity

Communist Party of China as a Marxist party in Marx, during the various historical periods of Chinese revolution, construction, reform, has always been maintaining the purity of the party as the basic task and target of the construction of the party. Since the17th Party Congress, especially since the fourth plenary session seventeen, in order to cope with the "big four" tests and "four dangers", the Central Committee of the party has further strengthened party building work. In order to construct the purity of the party, Comrade Hu Jintao made an important speech about "How to keep the the purity of the party, and further promote the anti-corruption struggle" at the seventeenth session of the Central Commission for Discipline inspection of the seventh plenary meeting. Then Comrade Xi Jinping made a thematic speech on "do a good job in maintaining the purity of the party work" at the spring opening ceremony of the Central Party School and published a signed article in the "Truth". The18th Party Congress put forward the idea of "to keep the party’s advanced nature and purity, enhance the party’s creativity, cohesion and fighting capacity, improve the scientific administration, democratic, law based governance." The Third Plenary Session of the18th Party Congress proposed "to keep the party’s advanced nature and purity, provide a strong political guarantee for the reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction". From what I have mentioned above, since the17th Party Congress, the Party Central Committee has paid special attention to the construction of the purity of the party. Currently, we are carrying out the mass line of the party education practice in the entire party. And keeping the purity of the party has become an important content of the construction of team of Party members of basic level, which has a special meaning to put into practice the policy of "Party Manage Party; Party Governs Party", enhance the cohesion of the party, and realize "China dream" as soon as possible. In this essay, I use the method of the search of the literature, summarr, the methods of comparative analysis, system analysis, the basic research to develop this eassy, aiming at the grass-roots party members since the17th Party Congress purity construction issues exploratory research. Research results include five parts:The first part expounds the purity of the party’s connotation and the theory sources. The purity of the party’s connotation, and the purity of the party were defined, At the same time, Marx and Engels and China several generations of Communist Party leadership core in the party building thought, as the theoretical basis of this study.The second part mainly discusses the significance of strengthening the construction of team of Party member of basic level of purity. Strengthening grass-roots party construction is beneficial to improve the purity of the party to deal with "four tests", to overcome the "four danger" capability, conducive to the realization of the nature of the party ruling for the request, to give play to the party members in the full construction of well-off society in the vanguard, and is favorable for enhancing the party’s creativity, cohesion and fighting capacity.The third part analyzes the current situation of basic level Party member team pure construction since the17th Party congress. Firstly, it analyzes the purity of the party construction achievements:The grass-roots party members management gradually strengthen team of Party member of basic level, knowledge level enhances unceasingly, grass-roots party members and cadres corruption is increasing continuously, Party members and cadres at the grassroots level moral accomplishment continuously upgrade, the Party member cadre attitude change. Secondly, analyzes the existing in the construction of Party member team purity of the party spirit idea has weakened, Some party members and cadres "four wind" more prominent, Party member team cohesion weakening, deterioration of individual party members and cadres and other major issues.The fourth part expounds the causes of grassroots party purity problem since the17th Party congress.
