Research Of Installation Supervision Motivate Mechanism Of Large-scale Recreation Facilities

According to the30years development from80’s of last century till now, equipment engineering supervision has been improved a lot, nevertheless, domestic and foreign advanced level is still a big gap. Supervision activities on the installation progress of Large-Scale Recreation Facilities, as one of special equipment, is still mainly focus on installation quality and safety. Not only the improvement of management methods and strict, public and Qualification Assessment from government are needed, but also the inspiration from owner is needed during the future growth of installation supervision.Paper introduces Large-Scale Recreation Facilities installation supervision through research on equipment engineering supervision which belonging to it. Necessity and characteristic of installation supervision are analyzed and plenty of improvement methods are know by analysis on the overall architecture. Then the detailed relationship is discussed which clarified the system structure, The necessity of installation supervision Motivate Mechanism is analyzed by mathematical derivation on Principal-Agent relationship model between supervision and owner and Game theory relationship model between supervision and contractor. Based on Earned Value Analysis and Iterative method, installation supervision Motivate Mechanism is established. SERVQUAL theory, AHP, and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model are used for qualitative and quantitative judgment on the Large-Scale Recreation Facilities installation supervision Motivate Mechanism. Finally the improvement of service quality of this mechanism is proved by case.
