Study On The Interaction Relationship Between Government And Social Service Organizations

For a long time, as the subject of social and public affairs, the government play a monopoly role on the supply of public goods and social services. Because of advantages in resource allocation and efficiency, this supply system has greatly promoted the development of our society. However, with the considerable development of economic globalization, change and social environment, the requirements social services and people for life substances have higher. Such as a single supply system presents many disadvantages, has been gradually unable to meet the diverse needs of people.As the provider of professional public service, social service organizations are able to bear part of the functions of government, and because of its advantages of professional, they can provide a strong complement to the government to reduce the burden on the government. Therefore, the government can gradually shift from public service providers and managers to guiders, helping to improve the quality and quantity of public services. Social service organizations are playing an irreplaceable role. However, due to the special nature of the government and institutions of social work and historical background, positive interaction relationships are the core issues of the development of social work agencies, and only by building up efficient and positive interaction between science, the complementary functions of the government can be fully fulfilled and thus to further improve the level of public services.On the basis of the theory of social work agencies, study on the positive interaction of social work research institutions and government relations was conducted. Firstly, the courses of the current development of social work agencies were explored to analyze their facing problems and causes. Then, some possible measures and recommendations were presented on the government and social work agencies to build positive interaction, aiming to provide reference on building positive interaction relationship between our institutions and social work practice. The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part, based on the analysis of background, significance and relevant concepts, the method and content of this paper was presented.The second part analyzes the theoretical basis developed in social work agency formed during practice, and from the improvement of public services, to accelerate the transformation of government functions, to promote political restructuring, improving the social construction of institutions, etc., expounded on the government and society the importance of positive interaction working body relationship.The third part, elaborated on the course and the current development of social work agencies, respectively, from the perspective of the government and social work agencies, restricting the development of the analysis of the interaction between the government and social work agencies factors.The fourth part, combined with experience, analysis on the implications for China was conducted. And finally to Shanghai as an example, the country explore the relationship built between the positive interactions.The fifth part, for the government and social work agencies, respectively, measures to build positive interaction relationships were proposed.Government and social service organizations cooperate and depend on each other.
