Since the reform and opening up from1978, China’s economy developed rapidly,and the level of industrialization and urbanization has improved continuously, whichresulted in the surplus rural labors swarm to cities gradually. Some social problemsoccurred inevitably that accompanied by the transfer of rural labors, especially theeducation problem of migrant workers’ children attracted more and more attention. Inthe over30years since reform and opening up, the most important problem of China’smigrant workers’ children education is the enrollment. With the introduction of a seriesof policies of the two countries, the education right of migrant workers’ children islargely eased. However, migrant workers’ children exposed their problems after theyentered the school, such as: the spiritual emptiness, behavior anomie, lack of sense ofmorality and law and increase in the phenomenon of illegal criminal. Their ideologicaland political education did not attract enough attention from the government, society,school and family. These ideological and political education dilemma that belong to thisunique group. It will have a significant impact on our country’s urbanizationdevelopment process, urban stability development and people’s livelihood development.The main object of this article is the juvenile of migrant workers’ children. It brings newquestions for our country’s juveniles’ ideological and political education andharmonious society construction, but also raises new issues for the ideological andpolitical education research.This article selected the Taiyuan city in Shan xi Province as the investigation object.The author use the Marxist theory of overall development theory, morality outlook andideological and political education as theoretical basis, concentrating on the ideologicaland political education problem of migrant workers’ children, using comparativeanalysis, questionnaire investigation and literature reference to investigate8to16yearsold migrant workers’children. The author collocated data, drew a more comprehensiveand objective understanding, explored and analyzed the confusion of migrant children’sideological and political education to get the reasons. On these basis, the author’s cameup with several suggestions for strengthen migrant children’s ideological and politicaleducation that aimed at contributing ideas for migrant workers’children all-rounddevelopment and the construction of a harmonious society. This article consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis,it mainly introduces the the research background, the research significance, researchstatus at home and abroad, research contents, research methods and innovation points.The second chapter describes the related concepts of migrant workers’ children andideological and political education, meanwhile, introduces the Marxism theory ofall-round development of moral education and relevant theory, which provides a solidtheoretical basis for next parts. The third chapter analyzes the findings that the currentstatus of the ideological and political education of migrant workers’ children. Theirideological and political mainstream are positive and healthy. They are positive and lovetheir motherland, what is more,their ideological and moral quality is higher. But thereare also some problems, for example, their spirit and faith is not colorful, have no moraland legal concept, what is worse,they may be the i criminal, and so on.we must paymore attention to these problems. The fourth chapter discussed the causes of theideological and political education problem of migrant workers’ children from thesociety, school, family, self four aspects. The fifth chapter put forward suggestions tostrengthen the ideological and political education of migrant workers’ children fromfour aspects, which includes strengthen the leading role of the government, creating agood social atmosphere, focusing on the main role of school education, highlighting thebasic role of the family education. |
