The Research Of Political Distrust Under The Background Of Rural Public Affair

Political trust as a political state of mind is an important measure of public confidence in the government’s satisfaction. It can affect the legitimacy and social stability of the country. An important purpose of information disclosure is to be able to make the public agency under the supervision of the public. So that it can get the recognition and trust of people. Farmers’ political trust is a farmers’ particular political psychology with a political system. It always effects the rural social stability, social management and also the building of the grassroots political democracy. The purpose of the rural village affairs system is to let the village public affairs under the supervision of the villagers and so that the grassroots political power can get the peasants’ political trust. So this article assumes that a more perfect system of village affairs, a more higher political trust can be achieved. However, in our research we found that in individual cases, a relatively perfect rural village affairs system did not get a high peasants’ political trust. This became the problem awareness of our article and also the starting point of our thinking.Based on the description of peasants’ political distrust, combined with related research, we concluded that the peasants’ political distrust on village affairs is based on two lines. For the first is the problems that exist in the village affairs system with itself. Nowadays, the rural village affairs system in China still belongs to the village cadres led public, the process and content more in the form than its actual effects. In this system, peasants can not participate in the interaction effectively and then fault occurs between farmers and village leaders. In the lack of interaction with the low efficacy feelings, the peasants tend not to agree and trust with this system. This is the not perfect manifestation of the village affairs system. For the second is that the formation process which the peasants formed their particular political psychology on. In rural social environment the trust structure disorders, the social individualized. The peasants on the one hand survive in this environment, on the other hand also affected by the inherited " No officials are not corrupt" concept, the "Ruler for money" value, the impact of external negative effects of mass media and the individual’s social experience. With all that consideration, the peasants gradually formed the village cadres’" greedy "image, and thereby affected farmers’ distrust with the village affairs system. Two main lines intertwined, and ultimately answered why the well village affairs system can not bring the peasants’ political trust.
