Different degrees of discrimination is widespread in the United States, from the initial racial and gender discrimination to now disabled employment discrimination.In order to eliminate the employment discrimination,ensure the equal employment rights of the disabled,the federal government sets up an integral system of anti-employment disabled discrimination,by enacting anti-employment disabled discrimination、 organizing the exclusive anti-discriminating institutions and perfecting the relieving program.The article makes an introduction of anti-employment disabled discrimination,to improve the level of the legislation and practice of anti-employment disabled discrimination,and perfect the legal system of anti-employment disabled discrimination in our country.This article first introduces the America anti-employment disabled discrimination legislative background and legislative system.Through the introduction of the legislative background of America anti-employment disabled discrimination to learn about the America prohibits employment discrimination against the disabled from overall structure,then from the federal level to introduce America anti-employment disabled discrimination legislative system,it emphasis on the Rehabilitation Act of1973and Americans With Disabilities Act of1990.Next,the article describes the issues such as the qualified individual with a disability system,reasonable accommodation system, employer’s defense system. Reasonable accommodation system is the special system of America anti-employment disabled discrimination,it is very import to protect employment rights of disabled person.The effectiveness of the system is that it can provide a good relieving way,so,this article studies the special agency of America anti-employment disabled discrimination——Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,it differences from the traditional judiciary,including set up、the function、procedure of handling disputes and so on.At the same time,the article makes an analysis on the developing trend of America anti-employment disabled discrimination.From it we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the related system of America anti-employment disabled discrimination.There are some laws and regulations of anti-employment disabled discrimination in our county, but there are also many problems,they are not adapt to social development,thus,by referencing from the American to improve the relevant systems of the anti-employment disabled discrimination in our country.
