The Research On Interest Balance Mechanism For The Construction Of A Harmonious Society

Interest is the fundamental cause of human activities and the final goal, is the basis,premise and motive factor of social development. Since the reform and opening up, China’srapid economic development, and lots of new achievements have been made continuously,comprehensive national strength has greatly improved, each area, each industry has a greatdevelopment. How to coordinate and balance the interests is how to solve the contradictioncaused by more and more interests, and it becomes the key problem for the construction ofour country can be successfully completed socialist harmonious society. The benefitsbalanced mechanism in the construction of a harmonious society is a much-needed researchtheory problem, and also an urgent need to adjust the social problems.This paper describes the current prominent social contradictions, analysis of the causesof the social contradiction, is not a political issue, not the class contradictions, in the finalanalysis is the interest problem, so to build a harmonious society it is necessary to establishthe benefits balanced mechanism. The article is divided into five parts, the first part isintroduction, mainly explains the research background, significance, status and researchmethods; the first part through the analysis of the root causes of social contradictions in ourcountry social contradictions; then according to different regions, class, main body, industryand urban and rural interests difference discuss how to build up the mechanism of benefitequilibrium effective; and put forward the preliminary establishment of benefit equilibriummodel through the expression of interest and decision mechanism and legal safeguardmechanism to effectively realize and safeguard the balance of interests. Through theliterature analysis method, comparative research method and empirical research method,focuses on the balance of interests between different regions, industries and urban and ruralclass, subject analysis. Hope that this research can provide theoretical support for theconstruction of socialist harmonious society.
