Mainstream Ideology Identity Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers On Political Socialization

The new generation of migrant workers with "transitional person, marginal, semi-urban people" characteristics, faced with the problem of poor political socialization path, which will lead to the weakening of the mainstream ideology of identity, fade, the plight of the crisis. So far, empirical research about the academic path of political socialization mainstream ideology recognition mechanism is very rare. This is the first in the "path-goal" under the analytic framework, the use of quantitative research methods414valid questionnaires empirical analysis, combined with15parts of the case study interviews supplement. Try to explore the mechanism of political socialization path to the mainstream ideology identity by the empirical research methods, expand the implementation path of the dominant ideology identity from the early political education to the political socialization that can accommodate the political education, so that to enhance the mainstream ideology identity and political cohesion of peasant worker group with the support of the social system.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1) Overall condition is good, the partly is slightly better than the overall understanding of local understanding; the overall has a higher acceptance in content than the result on recognized accreditation; the internalized is more fully figurative, and the abstract slightly less.(2) Political study has some effects, but interest in learning and intrinsic motivation lacks, and the learning effect is poor; Emerging Communication and dissemination of traditional interacts, but the information is not optimistic about the results of the evaluation, the emerging spread more credibility than traditional; migrant workers’awareness of their own culture from the traditional to the modern transformation intertwined, Chinese-Western culture integrates with the urban-rural, urban-rural culture has a higher integration than the Chinese-Western; farmers’ integration of the city turns up, but the social interaction is not enough, lacking of sense of belonging to the city.(3) political socialization path identification has a positive correlation with the mainstream ideology, the path of political socialization helps to improve the degree of recognition of migrant workers in the mainstream ideology. Among them, the political learning and the recognition has a positive correlation with the mainstream ideology, which was more significant; cultural heritage and identity integration has a positive correlation with mainstream ideology; social communication and recognition has a positive correlation with the mainstream ideology; recognition of the social environment has a positive correlation with the mainstream ideology. The ways to upgrade path to the new generation of migrant workers’ mainstream ideology of identity mainly include:to implement empowerment, to strengthen practical basis mainstream ideology identity; to improve political education and self-learning; to foster advanced culture and promote multicultural integration; to emphasis on guiding function of social communication; to improve the living environment of migrant workers.
