In the ethnic minority areasof multicultural society background, responsibility is more important, not only inheritthe mainstream culture and the core value system of the Chinese nation, but alsoprovide the power forward to inherit and develop the national culture. Must payattention to the cultural heritage, but also pay attention to the national modernizationand national harmonious coexistence.In the process of cultural construction inFumeng County, the existing rural construction in general, and the characteristics oftheir own development. Therefore,not withthe construction of new ruralculturefollowing the same pattern,sofrom the localrealities,vary,according to thenationalpolicy,draw lessons from its experienceof cultural construction in ruralareas,to explore the possibility and feasibility of innovation and development of newruralculture construction inareas inhabited by the Mongolian and han.In this paper the Fu Mongolia county and rural area as a case, through participantobservation, interviews, questionnaires and other methods on the cultural constructionof in-depth investigation and study. On the basis of absorption, similar researchresults, describes the cultural construction of Mongolian and Han mixedarea,analyzed problems lead to adverse factors in the summary of the achievements atthe same time, to further explore the future trend of culture construction.This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter is introduction, includingresearch, significance of the topic, research methods and main innovation points. Thesecond chapter introduces the general situation of the research on the related theories and survey sites in areas of the formation and the county, through the investigationand study summary of basic cultural characteristics of the whole county, so as thestarting point, discusses the cultural construction in the national autonomous areas isimportant, Mongolian and Han mixed area contains multi culture, and culture theconstruction of complex problems, highlights the significance of cultural studies; thethird chapter outlines the county achieved in the process of construction achievements.In the party and the government under the leadership of the achievements in culturalconstruction, brilliant, but can not be ignored, achievements and problems.
