The Relationship Between Social Identity Motivation And Social Identity Types Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Themain draw the following conclusion:(1) Questionnaire of more motive network can effectively measure the motive offive dimensions or improve self-esteem, sense of belonging needs, personalized needs,to reduce the uncertainty, alleviate the sense of death, has a good ability to distinguishbetween a project and the indexes of reliability and validity of study can be a formalstudy of the materials.(2) Social identity four types of differences in motivation scores significantly, are:the outer farmers <farmers in outer urban <inside outside agriculture trend, and thepride and belonging motivation significant difference on the two dimensions.(3) Social identity is not consistent set of consistent group significantly higher onmotivation, and inconsistent in self-esteem and social identity ownership motiveconsistent group significantly higher dimensions. (4) Improve self-esteem and social generalization on motivation, social processvariable path coefficient is higher than the other dimensions respectively, showed therelative importance between the individual variables.
