Study On The Rights And Interests Of Independent Travelers

With the development of the economy, Independent Travel has become extremely popular with tourists. Compared with traditional group travel, Independent Travel has its own merits, such as diversified options of destinations, self-determination scheduling, and more deeply traveling experience. It has presented a new appearance of traveling experience to tourists, yet there are some problems to settle. Owing to its small size and high-risk result, the lack of complete tourist information and professional rescue system could cause potential security problems. The damage of the safety property of tourists like this has often occurred. However, facing the increasingly larger group of Independent Travel, the institute of tourism legislation focus on too much regulation of tourism disputes on group travel. And the department of tourism administration does not give enough consideration to Independent Travel, which goes against protecting the property of Independent Travelers.On the basis of introducing concepts, classifications and characteristics of Independent Travel, this paper teases out legal relationship carefully involved Independent Travel and analyze due Rights and Interests of Independent Travelers. According to related discipline investigations, combining with the omission of the property of tourists current tourism legislation and learning from foreign experience, we aim to improve the protection system of tourists, which can further regulate Independent Travel and effectively protect the Rights and Interests of tourists.
