International Legal System Of Nuclear Safety Research

As human demand for energy expanding and exploitation of nuclear energy technology for in-depth exploration, development and use of nuclear energy has become an irreversible trend of the international community. Because of Nuclear energys efficience and clean has became the darling of energy field, but there is a high risk of the use the of nuclear energy,For its high pollution, high incidents of sudden, the safety of use nuclear energy become a major issue of public concern one, and for the regulation of nuclear safety is inseparable from the law, because of nuclear radiation and nuclear pollution of a transboundary nature, therefore, domestic law for nuclear safety regulation is limited to international law, which requires the safety use of nuclear energy for effective regulation. Currently, under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency, for all aspects of nuclear safety, the development of the corresponding norms of international law, has formed a system of international law, however, whether it is on the whole this system within the system or from the entire starting, there are a large number of vulnerabilities and problems.Firstly, for the "Nuclear Safety" concept has been defined for the current academic existing standard definition of the concept of the sort, for "nuclear safety" narrowly construed and interpreted broadly analyzed and summarized results The author in this paper were to be the object of study, and secondly, for the international nuclear safety regulatory system to elaborate the necessity and feasibility, which for the author in the following international regime for nuclear safety research and lay a foundation. Again, a systematic explanation of nuclear safety regime of international law system in the interpretation of the entire system based on a critical analysis and propose improvement measures.
