| A company cannot develop very well without a good management, especially limited liability companies. The purpose of modern company management is to balance the interests of every company party. In China, we take "three boards and four rights" system, which means that the board of shareholders owns the right of final control, the board of directors makes the authority of decisions, the board of the supervisors supervises the whole institution and the board of manager obligates daily management. Among them, the board of the supervisors is very important role. The Company Law of China has made it clear in establishing, organizing, running the supervision board, the position and authorities and the obligation and duty of every supervisor. The board of supervisors should make an essential affect in a company.
