| The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee attaches great importance to combating corruption, for which the Discipline Inspection organs at different levels plays a more and more important role in ensuring the economic growth and strengthening political integrity. At present, China’s Discipline Inspection organs have the powers of discipline inspection and supervision. And the discipline power is for the better performance of supervision. Therefore, supervision is the fundamental task for the Discipline Inspection organs. However, as the scope of the work which Discipline Inspection organs involve expands, new problems arise in the process of supervision. How to tackle these problems effectively, really produce the best possible results for the Discipline Inspection supervision, becomes a important subject.Based on the analysis of the current supervision discipline inspection situation of China, this paper is intended to point out the existing problems in CPC’s anti-corruption process and the supervision of discipline inspection, and to puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. For the purpose of this research, literature analysis method, comparative analysis method, and system analysis method are used to describe the theoretical and policy practice of the discipline inspection supervision in situation of China, and summarize the development of discipline inspection supervision system of China. I use the public administration theory to analyze the importance and necessity of the discipline inspection supervision, and point out the existing problems in the practice of the discipline inspection and supervision to prevent corruption, such as the way of the supervision is defectiveness, supervision officials lack of professional competence and regulation system is imperfect, etc. At the same time, this paper refers to the typical practices and successful experiences in the discipline authorities in countries and regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, including the efficient and pragmatic operation mechanism of the anti-corruption, anti-corruption supervision laws and regulations, establishment of the multi-level, multi-channel monitoring network, put forward in in the county territory, building a mutual coordination mechanism, improve and perfect the system of the discipline inspection and supervision to prevent the corruption, explored within the county innovation supervision mechanism, specific ideas to improve the discipline inspection and supervision organization and improve the supervision of legal system. This paper is intended to provide the beneficial reference for strengthening inner-party supervision, reduce corruption, and achieve harmony within the CPC. |
