Prominent officials are one of the important sources of military officers in JinYiwei, they live in Han residence for a long time, and then Chinesization gradually. The Chinesization process also promoted the national integration. At the beginning of the Ming dynasty, military officers were valued, but then their status declined because of some reasons, such as general mood of gong ming.
