The survival state of mental disorders in the real world are worrying,their basic human rights is undremined because of lacking rules and law and beingshort of nomocracy.The law of protecting human rights isn’t sound in China, theimplement of enforcement and supervising is weak and there are misunderstandingsand prejudices to mental illness and mental disorders from the public,which lead toan ill effect on protection.Defending human rights of mental disorders is the core of the thesis and thesound legal protection system of human rights for them should be established.
