This article Focuses on 《The Eighth Amendment to the Criminal Law》to discuss Pick-pocketing、Burglar、Lethal theft.This paper is divided into three chapters: mainly elaborated the elements oflarceny without amount in chapter one, comparingthe similarities and differences between larceny and larceny without amount.Asfollow,The author introduces and analyzs those theories which question or supporthe changes in 《The Eighth Amendment to the Criminal Law》.The second chaptermainly introduces larceny without amount accomplished offense and controversialissues into two parts. First of all, the larceny crime consummated crime theory isdiscussed.Secondly, the author divides into three parts to discuss the issue:The firstis the controversial issues of pickpocketing. First of all for pickpockets definition isdiscussed, finally reached the "theft refers to invade other property close range,stealing others skintight carrying". Secondly, for the pickpocket crime conditionswere discussed, given “the controversy whether modified theft” of a negativeconclusion.The second part is the issue of a burglary.The third part is on the controversialissue of lethal theft. Firstly, the author discussed the "into" and "users" understanding.Then, the author discussed the common living family members can constitute aburglary problem. Finally, the "indirect" larcenous behavior can extend to explainthis problem to give a positive answer.The third part is on the controversial issue of lethal theft.
