Equal opportunity of education is a great challenge that the whole world is facing, which isalso a great need for our country to improve nationals’ comprehensive quality and achieve themodern. Education justice includes two aspects: macroscopic level and microcosmic level. Thejustice of compulsory educational right and chance belong to macroscopic level, and the justice ofcompulsory educational course and result belong to microcosmic level. It is the most basic humanrights of migrant workers’ children to receive compulsory education. Upholding fair education,implementing compulsory education to migrant workers’ children are not only the governmentalresponsibility, but also a necessary step to build the harmonious society. Nowadays the situation ofeducation of Chinese migrant workers’ children is not optimistic.There are many unfairnessproblem mainly in the education starting, education process and education result. The problem ofeducation equity of migrant workers’ children involves so extensive as to be associated with aseries of social, political and economic problems such as residence administration, financingsystem, social securities and civil rights. It reflects the conservative and traditional socialadministration system of government is incapable of adjusting the urbanization updated constantly.Therefore building a harmonious society, we must make up our mind to solve the problem ofeducation equity of migrant workers’ children so that they can enjoy the same education of urbanworkers. They thrive while growing up healthily. We should proceed from the following aspects:first, we must increase the educational investment, especially funding for education to tilt tomigrant workers’ children;second, we must strengthen the system construction and reform migrantworkers’ children education fair institutional obstacles; third, we must optimize teachers’ teachingprocess; last, we must give full play to the role of society and family, forming the overall force toeducate migrant workers’ children.
