| As the most severe kind of punishment, the death penalty is throughout the wholehistory of mankind. Although the death penalty is on the purpose with the elimination ofcrime subject to cut off the root causes of crime, but the brutality of this kind ofpunishment is obvious. The abolition of the death penalty has become an internationaltrend, and the abolition of death penalty of non-violent crimes also become a mainstreamawareness.
