Research On The Construction Of Criminal Victim Social Relief System

With the development of society and the progress of civilization, our country will be more and more attention to the criminal victim protection and relief.At present, although China has not established the perfect protection system, but in some areas and the theoretical circles have already exist for the victim’s relief practice and theory.On this basis, according to the current situation of our country to develop suitable to protect the victim’s interests of the social relief system is an important subject in front of us.
