Research Contents And Methods Ming Law

At the end of traditional society, Ming and Qing dynasties tried to study the traditional Chinese culture systematically and obtained a series of achievements. The knowledge of law in Ming and Qing dynasties inherited the former generations of results on the basis of studying the knowledge of law in traditional China. From the documents literature of the knowledge of law in Ming and Qing dynasties, it can be seen that the study of law in Ming and Qing dynasties is very rich and the methods are more scientific and reasonable. In terms of content,the knowledge of law in Ming and Qing dynasties studied on Chinese traditional social legal system from the legislation,the evolution of legal system,the interpretation of law,put forward some valuable legal thoughts and reflected the status of legal practice of Ming and Qing dynasties.As for the methods, the knowledge of law in Ming and Qing dynasties adhered to the Confucianism under the guidance of methodology and use a variety of ways to interpret the law.The knowledge of law in Ming and Qing dynasties is of great value to our legal history research.
