| With the full liberalization of the financial industry after China’s entry into WTO and the economic and social development in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the banking industry is booming, and has shown an increasingly intense competition. When faced with opportunities and challenges, it is very critical for the state-owned commercial banks to maintain the competitive advantage.From the perspective of strategy management, the article, combined with the development of legal service of the Inner Mongolia Branch and the cooperation cases with the law firms, has made a detailed analysis of the external macro environment, the internal conditions, the strengths and the weaknesses of legal service of the Branch based on the SWOT analysis, the opportunities and threats, and has worked out the competitive strategy for legal service of Construction Bank, Inner Mongolia Branch.Finally, combined with the theory of strategic alliances, the article has pointed out the risks that the legal service of the Branch will be confronted with if the strategic alliance is established, and the problems that the legal service of the Branch should focus on, which has laid the foundation to develop a competitive strategy and provides the reference in favor of other commercial banks’decisions as well. |
