In this study, theanalysis of electoral politics to explain the causes of these differences and to analyzeits impact on Chinas future electoral politics.The article will regard electoral politics as a system of political form. It isntlimited to the scope of the study of the system, but the concept of elections, theelectoral system, electoral behavior in many aspects. The United Kingdom and Japanwill be summarized as two cases of the Western countries of Western developmentexperience and compare this with the development of Chinas electoral politics.
