After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the goal of the people’s democratic dictatorship were achieved. The masses of the people have not only become the subject of economic construction, but also become the main body in the field of cultural construction and cultural consumption. With the development of the socialist market economy and the perfection of the political system, the status of the masses of the people has been gradually strengthened. However, with the deepening of the reform and opening up and the relaxation of the ideological and cultural environment, a number of negative factors appeared in cultural fields.
