On Construction And Perfection Of Social Aging Of Adult Guardianship System

The world is stepping into the aging society with an irreversible speed，the situation of china is very serious. The government single-handedlyendowment career path has appeared to be. However, China’s adultguardianship system in the civil law system a long absence, the interests ofthe elderly can’t get effective protection. In this paper the author tries toanalyze the reform of adult guardianship system in Germany and Japan,summarizes the problems and shortcomings of China, and put forwardsome rationalization proposals.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter introduces the basic concepts of adult guardianshipsystem, and the origin and briefly introduced development of theguardianship system.The second chapter mainly analyzes the construction and improvementof the adult guardianship system theory and the practical background of ourcountry，and put forward the necessity of the reform of adult guardianshipsystem.In the third chapter, by exploring the development and evolution of theGerman, Japanese adult guardianship system, analyzes its innovation, theconcept and system aspects.Fourth chapter refer to overseas adult guardianship systemexperience in the reference and the correct, examines the defects in ourcountry’s adult guardianship system and deficiency, and put forward somerationalization proposals.
