With the development of cultural globalization,Chinese language teacher training encounters many problems in the face of diverse-backgrounds, urgently need to be addressed through teacher training system.Currently, the domestic Chinese teacher training still continues the traditional mode and is unable to meet the needs of teachers in different cultures. Exploring the new strategies in Chinese language teacher training will be effective in improving the effectiveness of training.Firstly,it discusses the importance of developing Chinese education, Chinese language teachers and their cultural education,the significance and value of carrying out the Chinese language teacher training. On this basis,by the use of survey researching,Chinese schools and the training of students and teachers are involved in the investigation in Yunnan Normal University of Kunming,combined with in-depth interviews of10teachers to research the needs and expectations of students in Chinese language teaching for teachers, by the researching of the time, place, manner, and so on then find out the identify problems in the current training.In summary, according to finding out the questions above, based on the intercultural communication theory, adult learning theory and the development theory of teacher training some measures are taken:creating the favorable external environment of teacher training, strengthening the cooperation between the Chinese educational institutions and universities;establishing the fund-raising mechanism for Chinese teacher training; carrying out a long-term mechanism for the teacher training from the trainees, training time, training methods, training content and training effects and so on; building the alliances of teacher training, integrating and making full use of training resources; establishing Chinese language teachers incentives, rewarding teachers for outstanding performance; accelerating the teacher training profession; from the microscopic point of view, stimulating fully the internal motivation of teachers; excavating the teacher expertise, appropriating the role positioning; conducting the effective cross-cultural teacher training.
