The previous study focused on the semantic effect under the conditon of homogeneous and heterogeneous.There is no doubt that the categorical relation which organize the concept from different conceptual level was widely used in the daily life and be the one of the most important thinking model as human being,obviously further explored by researchers.But there are some other kind of conception relation such as ad hoc relation which connected different concepts with certain temporary goal,the relation among the concepts which was unstable and temporaty was constructed to solve some problem in a certain context,once the context disappear,so did the relation among the concepts.Applying the ad hoc in the semantic effect can expand the topic in theoretically and be the guidance in practically.Lighted by the context and aim,the individual knowledge is activated by the requirement of the context and stimulus and formed the ad hoc relation during the knowledge point.Some isolate knowledge may set up some unusual relation which may produce some unique innovative and valuable idea and perspective to come up with solve the problem creatively in the certain ad hoc relation.So it’s a facilitation for the development of the creative thinking with the practice of ad hoc relation,which play an important role in the nutrition of the creativity in the younger generation.The present study explored the semantic effect under the categorically homogeneous condition,themantic homogeneous condition and heterogeneous condition with or without the ad hoc relation. Then picture naming without the title words under categorically homogeneous condition,thematically homogeneous condition and heterogeneous condition in the first experiment as the baseline to observe the semantic effect. While in the second experiment the picture naming with the title words under the same3conditions to observe the difference of the semantic effect.The subject imagine the corresponding objects relevant to the title word while it presented. The results indicated that there was no semantic effect in the first two repeat in categorically homogeneous condition and thematically homogeneous condition without title words,but in the third repeat there was semantic inhibition effect under the categorically homogeneous condition,no semantic effect was observed under the thematically homogeneous condition and heterogeneous condition.There was no semantic effect in the first repeat in categorically homogeneous condition and thematically homogeneous condition with title words,while in the second repeat semantic effect was observe under the thematically homogeneous condition,the most important is the semantic effect was observed in the third repeat under the categorically homogeneous condition,the same effect as the without title words condition.The title words and the concept of the picture formed swinging lexical network with the title words contion which facilitate the subjects formed a temporary and unstable ad hoc relation.The subject can adjust the response according to the dynamic semantic context which trigger the same semantic effect as those in the categorically homogeneous condition.
