| Under the circumstance of the patriarchal clan system and feudalism, the system of officials-hereditary was adopted by each state. Officials-hereditary means salary-hereditary, and the salary was in the form of fief. During Spring and Autumn Period, with the later affect of official-hereditary, there were eupatrid clan emerging in each state gradually. With the augment and expandition of quantity and scale, the phenomenon of so-called DaDuOuGuo appeared. This paper is focused on the Jishi in Lu State from the view of fief. Then, what the Jishi’s fief refers? What is the situation? How the geographic distribution was in the territory of Lu State? They deserve further research.The paper will be divided into five parts. In the introduction, I’d like to explain the location of Jishi’s fief and illustrate the time and space about this paper and the natural geographic circumstance in the territory of Lu State during Spring and Autumn Period briefly. In chapter one, the establishment and development of Jishi will be introduced. In chapter two, the fief of Jishi will be divided into two sorts, WenSi(WenYangTian, Bian)and YiShu(Fei, Dongye and Yun)Basin, and the accurate situation will be definite. In chapter three, I will discuss the geographic distribution, which has two aspects. Firstly, it is in frontier. Secondly, it is in river valley.
