Research Featured Economic Development Based On Regional Local Culture

Since the reform and opening up, every region of the country has been striving to develop itself and finally achieved the target, however accompanied with these achievements are the problems of convergence of objective, function reputation, stereotype and crisis of features.From the21st century, there is a very rapid trend of integration of regional culture and regional economic, the characteristic economy based on the regional culture has been very important measures to promote the economy and society to achieve the harmonious and scientific development. Against this background, the research into Weifang characteristic economy from the respect ofregional culture, can resolve the two crucial problems of external linkage and Internal integration of Weifang, it is of great significance for the healthy and long-term development of Weifang, and also with learning and exemplary role for relevant research and practice of other regionsWeifang city is located in the hinterland of Qilu with very rich resources and diverse culture, it is qualified to develop characteristic economy based on their geographical and cultural resources, but things don’t turn out the way you want Weifang city hasn’t been in the prominent position in cities of peninsula.This paper started from the case study of advanced countries、regions and cities home and abroad, focused on the development status, general characteristics, the role of effect and action mechanism of regional culture or characteristic economy in Weifang city, then design the path to develop the characteristic economy based on the regional culture in Weifang city accompanied with effective measures, to promote healthy and sustainable development of characteristic economy theoretically and practically in Weifang city.This paper can be ddvided into the following6parts:1. Introduntion.This section is a wholy general dissertation which introduced the research background, the current research home and abroad, research methods and technology roadmap, etc.2. The theoretical basis.This part can be divided into the following3parts:the discrimination of the concepts and features of culture, regional culture and characteristic economy; elaborated the relevant theory of characteristic economy and the relationship between culture and economy respectively; summary of the relationship between regional culture and characteristic economy, to provide theoretical guidance and support for the following parts.3. The case study of regional characteristic economy based on the regional culture.This section analyse the typical case through three dimensions:macro (national), meso (regional) and micro (city), to summarize the mechanism and experience of regional culture and characteristic economy. From the macro level, we studied the advanced case in this of America and Japan; From the meso level, we studied the Wu culture and Sunan mode, Jinculture and Shanxi merchants mode, Lingnan culture and Zhujiang mode; From the micro level, we studied the spring culture and Jinan travelling, the Tang culture and Xian travelling.4. An Empirical Study of regional culture and regional characteristic economy development in Weifang.This part firstly teased out the status of regional resources culture and concept culture in Weifang City, and summarize its major characteristics and defects in its regional cultural, then on this basis, we researched and analysed the effects and mechanism of Weifang regional culture on the regional economy qualitatively and quantitatively, finally geographical and cultural role of genes and regional culture of characteristic economic development in Weifang.5. The layout of Weifang characteristic economy in the regional culture perspective.On the basis of summarizing and refining the basic ideas and principles of Weifang characteristic economic development, with the regional cultural resources as a carrier and also regional concept of culture as a guide, this section designed the path of characteristic economic development of Weifang and the counties subordinate to it, simultaneously developed effective safeguards from different dimensions.6. The epilogue. This part systematically summed up the main innovations and shortcomings of this study and propose directions for further research and prospect on this basis.
