What the writer said in the front,is the reason that Sima Qian writed "Historical Records". After careful thought, I will complex them in this paper, by using my own language and expressions. Drawing many predecessors,"Records of the Historian","Records of integration","Records Revisited","Ancient Chinese Literature" in some of the research results, complete the second part of this thesis.The main content of the third part is the diversion of the contents and the article styles in the70Biographies. In the content diversity, there are four parts, including the statue of the characters, the time of the characters, the space of the characters and the topic diversity. The article style diversity in70Biographies are simple statements, broading thinking; making good use of rhetoric, plain and simple; sparsing swing the text odd gas startle; transforming old saying, Zichengyijia; at last, humorous. By these five aspects, the writer perform the third part. The three parts of the discussion make this thesis to be completed. Sima Qian completed the "Historical Records" which is unique biography writing. Sima Qian own unique perspective in the evaluation of historical figures, which make the "Historical Records" not fall into the convension of the general historians.
