Guizhou Earthenware Study

Guizhou ceramic is a part of folk art, it belongs to the industrial art. The current stage of Guizhou ceramic development is faced with various problems. It’s necessary to do the research on Guizhou ceramic because it is a new emerging type of ceramic. Furthermore, this research has referenced and guidable meanings to the future development of Guizhou ceramic.This paper is a tentative research on Guizhou ceramic. It carries throngh a systematic study by taking the Guizhou ceramic as a whole. Using the theory of Anthropology art, Cultural Anthropology, Ethnology, Archaeology, Aesthetics and Social psychology make the analysis of ecology environment, cultural and artistic on Guizhou ceramic from mutiple dimensions perspective, as well as, performing an outlook of the future of Guiazhou ceramic. The introduction of research statuses, objectives, meanings, methods and content.Session2, The introduction of general situation on Guizhou ceramic. Including the definition, classification, ecology environment and technological procedure of manufacture about the Guizhou ceramic.Session3, The analyses on the historical and cultural of Guizhou ceramic. Analysing the cultural transition of Guizhou ceramic under the history background. Using the objective methods to explain the others’culture of Guizhou ceramic, and indicates the historic and cultural values of Guizhou ceramic.Session4, Exploring the artistic value of Guizhou ceramic by subjective method. First from the art characteristic and symbol. And then, from Field shift and the psychological field and physical field of aesthetic body, Studying the judgment of aesthetic value about the Guizhou ceramic.Session5, The preview of the future on Guizhou ceramic. Making the conclusion base on the smriti, protection and innovation of Guizhou ceramic.
