Objective:to evaluate the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a kind of effective treatments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the large sample size after intensity-modulated radiation therapy (intensity-modulated radiationtherapy, IMRT) before and after treatment in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients by measuring the pituitary hormone levels, explore the radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients with pituitary hormone levels. Methods:from September2009to September2012in the provincial tumor hospital for intensity-modulated radiotherapy of128cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy in patients with clinical data and survival analysis. Prescription dose of tumor target is66~69.8gy/30~33. Ⅲ~Ⅳ a phase of platinum based chemotherapy patients. These128patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, nasopharynx and neck lymph node radiation therapy, radiation therapy at the end of a few months a few years after radiotherapy after radiotherapy and review their serum high sensitivity to promote thyroxine (h-TSH), growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) concentrations, through statistical analysis, to explore pituitary hormone levels on the effects of radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients.Results:128cases of NPC T and N stage the survival conditions of distribution and investigation. Median follow-up of36months,3years of local control, regional control speed, no distant metastasis survival and overall survival was86%,93%,70%and82%.2, the total cases total of128cases,64cases of male, female64cases, male to female ratio:1:1, aged16-83years old, the median age is49years. Before the end of128cases of radiation radiation therapy, radiation therapy after a few months to several years, check the serum growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (H) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and promote the concentration of the thyroid hormone (TSH), from radiation therapy, before the start of the longest follow-up of73months after radiotherapy. Results showed high sensitivity thyroid stimulating hormone (h-TSH) had significant difference (P<0.05) between4months to3years after radiotherapy hormone level change, growth hormone (GH) after radiotherapy from January to march and July to December, compared with hormone level changes significantly before radiotherapy (male (P<0.05), prolactin (PRL) in July to December, radiotherapy after radiotherapy compared with before radiotherapy hormone level changes have significant difference (P<0.05); the male luteinizing hormone (LH) in July to December, radiotherapy after radiotherapy compared with before radiotherapy have significant difference (P<0.05), radiotherapy end with19months to24months after radiotherapy luteinizing hormone (LH) hormone levels are still significant differences (P<0.05); the male follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) before radiotherapy and radiotherapy after3years, hormone level changes significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion1、the clinical data of128patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and survival analysis.2, before and after radiotherapy in patients with pituitary hormone level changes in the dynamic level.
