TCF21 Tumor Suppressor Gene In Lung Cancer Cell A549 Proliferation, Migration And Apoptosis

Objective To observe the effects of TCF21on apoptosis migrationand proliferation in A549. Methods TCF21was overexpressed in lungcancer cells A549using lentiviral transfection techniques. Fluorescencequantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blot was usedto analyze the expression of the target gene. Transwell, proliferation assayand flow cytometry were applied to test the impact of TCF21expression on the cell migration, proliferation and apoptosis of lung cancer aftertransfection. Results We successfully overexpressed TCF21in lungcancer cell line A549, and the proliferation and migration of theTCF21-transfect A549was inhibited and the apoptotic rate increased.Conclusion It turned out that tumor suppressor gene TCF21couldsignificantly inhibit the proliferation and migration of A549and facilitateits early apoptosis.
