Objective:To analysis whether have the same expression of c-myc and k-ras protein,and evaluate whether have the same molecular variation between endometrioid carcinomas of uterine and ovary.Method:The immunephenotype of c-myc and k-ras were detected by immunohistochemical PV-6000two-step. By the criteria for primary synchronous carcinomas, all tissues from a total of16surgical specimens were studied,which were all collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from January2005to January2013.All patients’Clinical-pathological stage were I stage,pathological types were uterine endometrioid adenocarcinoma and ovarian endometrial adenocarcinoma.Result:There were10patients (62.5%) which had the same immunostaining of c-myc,Which was higher than that of the6patients(37.5%) who had differentially c-myc expressed, It was no significant difference in the two sites tumors,P=0.42; There were11patients(68.75%) which had the same immunostaining of k-ras,Which was higher than hat of the5patients (31.25%) who had differentially k-ras expressed. It was no significant difference in the two sites tumors, P=0.14.Conclusion:In synchronous primary endometrioid adenocarcinomas of the uterine and ovary, which have the same expression of c-myc and k-ras protein.so there maybe had the same molecular variation between two sites tumors, While further studies are needed to the preliminary findings. |
