Consumer Inflation Posted Topical Gastrointestinal Dysfunction In Sepsis Inflammatory Markers And Observe The Effects Of Intra-abdominal Pressure

Object:In this research, the researcher utilize the Abdominal-distension Plasters, which is made of the formulation belongs to our department, to intervene the treatment of patients, who suffering gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis, by means of monitoring their state of consciousness, inflammation index and gastrointestinal dysfunction index, especially the intra-abdominal pressure (IAH), to observe the clinical efficacy of Abdominal-distension Plasters.Method:In this research, the researcher collected33medical cases, which was in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) of Guang anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, date from December2013to February2014, and which consistent with the diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis. One of these cases was defined as a shedding case, because of the death of the patient happened less than7days from he entered ICU. The rest32medical cases, were divided into two groups, which is the control group and the treatment group, in used of the Random Number Table. The control group was gave common anti-infection treatment and supportive care, the treatment group was utilized the Abdominal-distension Plasters besides the common treatment. All of cases, to monitor and record their Glasgow Score、inflammation index (consist of CRP、 WBC、PCT) and gastrointestinal dysfunction score, when before and after7days of the research, simultaneously, to monitor dynamically and record their intra-abdominal pressure before and after24h、48h、72h and7days. All datas were statistics and analysis in used of spss20.0, respectively compare the indexes difference of the control group and the treatment group between before and after7days of the research in used of independent t-test (or nonparametric test). It s considered statistical significance when P≤0.05, then it s considered obvious statistical significance when P≤0.01.Result:Contrast the difference of GCS Score, WBC and PCT between before and after7days, there is no statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P>0.05); Contrast the difference of CRP between before and after7days, there is obvious statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P<0.01); Contrast the difference of gastrointestinal dysfunction score between before and after7days, there is obvious statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P<0.01); about the dynamic monitor of intra-abdominal pressure, contrast the difference between before and after24hours, there is no statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P>0.05), contrast the difference between before and after48hours, there is no statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P>0.05), contrast the difference between before and after72hours, there is statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P<0.05), contrast the difference between before and after7days, there is obvious statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group (P=0.01)Conclusion:For the patients of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis, the Abdominal-distension Plasters can t increase their GSC score, and can t reduce their WBC and PCT, but it can reduce their CRP, and improve obviously their gastrointestinal dysfunction score and IAH.
